Crossfit level 1
I was born and raised in the greatest state on earth: Texas. I joined the Air Force where I was active duty for 6 years, which also brought me to Arizona, where I live with my amazing French Bulldog. I’m currently in the reserves as a Public Health technician and I’m using my GI Bill to get my education.I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost 5 years now, and I’ve been coaching for about 4 years. I can’t believe the changes it’s brought not only in my body, but in my dieting and confidence as well. I was super skinny, anemic, and couldn’t put on muscle to save my life (I was basically a PVC pipe). I’ve always been into sports and love being active, but I’d been used basketball and volleyball. I had been doing Jiu Jitsu for a few years, but suffered a shoulder injury that led to surgery. Once I had healed, I decided to give CrossFit a try. My very first workout was wall balls and Burpees and I thought I was going to die. I couldn’t wait to come back! Slowly but surely, I started to see my body change and I actually started building muscle! I couldn’t believe it.Shortly after falling in love with CrossFit, I got my Level 1 and started coaching and I absolutely love it! I love seeing people accomplish things they never thought possible! When someone tells me, “I’ve never done a push-up, I’ll never be able to do a pull-up, or I want to do a muscle up,” I can’t wait to see the moment where they achieve that goal. Of course I love to PR, but I honestly love watching someone else PR so much more. It’s incredibly inspirational to me and only motivates me more and more as a coach. I love being a part of the CrossFit community!
I grew up around team sports and always have lived a healthy lifestyle. As a Fitness Coordinator for a
large Law Enforcement Agency I was introduced to CrossFit in 2008. I was hooked immediately by the
variety CrossFit offers. What I love so much about CrossFit is pro athletes, first responders, even my
grandparents can benefit from the high-intensity, functional movements that we do every day. The
success stories I have seen firsthand keep me coming back for more not only as a coach but as an

I have always had a desire to play sports and participate in physical activity. I was continuously challenging myself to do better in whatever sport I played or activity I took part in. As I was growing up in West Chester, Pennsylvania, I played competitive roller hockey and worked my way through the little league baseball program. I also enjoyed intra-mural sports such as basketball and soccer. Even though I participated in several sports, my goal was to play football. When I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona I finally got the opportunity to fulfill that dream. I played full back and linebacker on the high school football team for four years and achieved my varsity letter in my junior year and senior year. I also enjoyed working out and lifting weights with my teammates during the off-season. Physical fitness became my passion. I was honored to receive the ultimate football award my senior year which was the “Triple Crown” award that recognized – Academic Achievement, Leadership and Athletic Contribution. After high school, I attended Paradise Valley Community College and received my Associates Degree in Business Administration and Small Business Startup. I currently work full time in the mortgage department at Wells Fargo. I started with CrossFit Untouchable in February of 2014. I immediately enjoyed working with the coaches and starting to focus again on physical fitness. I have competed in 7 Spartan races; 3 BattleFrog races; 3 Rugged Maniac races; 2 Terrain races; 2 Tough Mudder races and 1 World’s Toughest Mudder race. My most valued accomplishment since joining CrossFit is achieving my Level 1 Training Certificate. I am excited to take what I have learned in the Level 1 Seminar and utilize it to help others reach their nutritional and fitness goals.
Michel Dawson (“Dawson”) is a life-long athlete participating in a variety of team and individual sports who found CrossFit in 2012
and never looked back. Training and coaching athletes with “high-intensity and constantly varied functional movements” in order to
be mentally and physical prepared for life’s unexpected physical demands motivates Dawson. He is amazed and credits CrossFit
for his elevated levels of performance in his other activities such as golf, hunting, snowboarding, hiking and softball. Born and raised
in Texas, Dawson moved to Phoenix in 2005 and proudly calls it home.

Hello, my name is Christian Keeling. I am an Arizona native and have a cute little family that consists of my dog, my husband, and I. I discovered CrossFit when I was 18 years of age, but did not decide to try it out until about a year later. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I actually met my husband doing CrossFit. After 2 years of doing CrossFit, I decided I wanted to share my passion for the sport through coaching. I truly believe CrossFit can be for everybody no matter what age/athletic ability. I enjoy coaching people and watching them do things they never thought they could!
