Welcome to CrossFit Untouchable! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

    Teams of 2 AMRAP 20: 1 Burpee Box Jump (24/20), 1 Calorie Row 2 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20), 2 Calorie Row 3 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20), 3 Calorie Row Relay style, each partner completes the reps before advancing. Continue to climb as high as possible in the 20 minutes. 2.

    1. Squat 3×3 Back Squat, across 2. Sumo Dead Lift 3-rep, Heavy 3.

  • 9.30

    1. Clean and Jerk Clean from  hang + Push Jerk + Split Jerk – quickly work up to a heavy set, no fails – this should not take more than 10 minutes. 2.
