Welcome to CrossFit Untouchable! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Workout Of The Day

  • Team DT

     5 rounds for time of: 12 Dead Lifts, 155/105 9 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105 6 Push Jerks, 155/105 One athlete completes all of  the Deads, HPC and Jerks, then passes off to the other athlete who completes all the reps.  That is one full round.

  • Sherwood

    1. 7RM Back Squat 2. 10 Rounds: In a 2 Minute window: 7 burpees over rower 250 M Row max rep wall balls(20/14)- this is the score Rest 1 minute

  • Cement Mixer

    ar1. Cleans A. Establish a max set of unbroken TnG Squat Cleans, 135/95 Rest 3 minutes B.
